1. Services

Purple Cleaners provides professional cleaning services across Greater London, including:

• End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Move In/Move Out Cleaning

• One-Off Deep Cleaning

• Pre-Sales and After-Sales Cleaning

We strive to deliver affordable, eco-friendly, and reliable cleaning tailored to each client’s needs.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

• All bookings must be made through our website or by phone.

• Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with service details.

• Appointments are subject to availability, and same-day cleaning is available where possible.

3. Payments

• Payments are accepted online through secure providers (Stripe, Klarna, or similar).

• Full payment is typically required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices displayed are inclusive of labour, products, and travel within Greater London.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee to cover allocated resources.

• Rescheduling can be done at no extra cost with reasonable notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 99% deposit return guarantee for End of Tenancy Cleaning.
If you’re not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return for a free re-clean of the affected areas.

6. Liability

Purple Cleaners is fully insured.
However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• Items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

• Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, appliances, or unsafe conditions.

Clients are responsible for providing access, water, and electricity at the property on the day of service.

7. Use of Eco-Friendly Products

We use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible to promote sustainability and protect your home environment.
Certain specialty cleaning solutions may be used as needed for deep cleaning or stain removal.

8. Pricing

Prices can change depending on the job. All prices are transparent — no hidden fees, no resellers, and all include travel and materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, and imagery on the Purple Cleaners website are owned by or licensed to us.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
